Lillian has been an Executive with Right Management since the original company Pauline Hyde Ireland, was founded in 1987. She has extensive experience in large scale integrations of merging companies and the human side of change. She has led the Irish team successfully through significant changes and maintained a well-controlled viable business at all times. Right Management, under Lillian’s guidance has maintained its position as the market leader in Ireland.
Lillian has extensive experience in all aspects of Career and Change Management Best Practice. In more recent years her portfolio has broadened to include Assessment and Evaluation, Leadership and Executive Development. This has been driven by demand from client companies together with significant changes in the marketplace.
Lillian has been involved in Client Relationship Management, Development of Programmes, Contract Negotiation, Delivery, Development of Marketing Collateral and initiatives. In Ireland, Lillian has engaged with a significant number of prestigious Multinationals across all sectors and the Public sector.
Prior to her tenure with Right Management, Lillian developed her career in Strategic HRM in the Electronics Sector and developed her expertise in Change Management.
